In 2002, Red Line Chemical, Inc. of Rock Hill, SC moved to a new location with expanded facilities and capabilities. In mid 2003, we visited Northern Ireland as part of a delegation sponsored by the York County Economic Development Board and the Larne Enterprise Development Company, for the purpose of strengthening relationships and exploring business opportunities.
This trip was beneficial to Red Line in many ways. We were prepared the opportunity to meet with several companies in Northern Ireland and discuss mutual concerns and issues. Out of these discussions one very promising relationship has developed that should lead, in the coming months, to Red Line manufacturing and marketing one or more products that were developed in Northern Ireland.
This trip and other events have broadened Red Line’s scope as a national and international player in their industry. We are in the process of finalizing business deals with companies from several other foreign countries as a result of this exposure.
